I particularly like Bumblebee (top) and Sari (bottom) here because I , for some reason, based them off of Big Daddy and Hit Girl from the movie Kick Ass.

Here's Starscream, a little more shy a little more noble. That jet mode looks like crap. I'm currently working on a better one. Jets are hard.
